I've always had a love for painting and colour. My painting journey began when I was a teenager, I would sketch and paint everything from images in magazines, flowers in the garden to the cats sleeping next to me. Then I discovered Colour Therapy in my early 20's and was instantly drawn to it. Something about the fact that colour has an effect on our mental, physical and spiritual well being just makes sense to me. 

I attuned to Reiki in 2007 and became a qualified Colour Therpaist in 2009. 

Now I combine the two, my colour healing knowledge and painting. Abstract and landscape images are created to aid with energy healing and relaxation.
